How do I make a custom BobbyPop Box?

You can create your very own custom box in three easy steps!

1. Pick your box type, we currently offer acrylic and paper boxes.  Choose the style and size that fits your needs.

2. Decide on the colors and flavors that you like best, and we will fill the box to the brim! Most of our candy boxes hold more than 1.5lbs of candy! 

3. Create your saying.  Our boxes are topped with our signature hard candy letters so let us know what you want your box to say and we will bring it to life. 

What size are the BobbyPop boxes?

Currently, we offer a few different sized BobbyPop boxes.  Our Tall Acrylic box is 3.75" x 9" and our Long Acrylic Box is 3.5" x 12", our Long Paper box is 3.5" x 11". Our Mini Boxes, both acrylic and paper, are 4" x 4". Our Party Pleaser Paper Box is 4.75"x 13". Looking for a specific size? Can I reuse my box?

Yes! Our custom acrylic boxes are made to be used again! Just clean them with warm, soapy water and use them to showcase or store some of your favorite products! The lid makes them ideal for storage and stacking multiple boxes on top of one another.

What is BobbyPop's shipping policy? 

Priority 2-3 day shipping for a $10 flat rate is standard on all orders shipped to the continental U.S. for a BobbyPop box! However, since each box is made to order, processing takes a few days. We ship our boxes out as soon as we can, and you will be notified as soon as your BobbyPop box is in the mail.  If you want to expedite your box reach out to us at  sweets@shopbobbypop.com and we can figure out the best way to get you your box ASAP. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is $15; we do not ship elsewhere as of now.

Help! My BobbyPop box showed up and the box/candy is broken!

For food safety & health reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible product for a refund, unless it was damaged in transit. If damages occurred, please email us at sweets@shopbobbypop.com.

Contact us and we will create a special email with a link for your loved one to retrieve their gift. 

We recommend enjoying your BobbyPop candy right away for optimum freshness, but they should last about a month after you receive yours. Boxes and candy should not be frozen or refrigerated. We seal every box before it gets shipped out so it is fresh as can be when your box arrives to your door. Your beautiful lucite box is reusable and can be enjoyed long after your candy is finished. 

Contact us as soon as you can. If the box has not shipped out, we will help you correct the address. Once the box is shipped we can not change the shipping address.

We pride ourselves on being candy connoisseurs and even candy snobs at times. We only use the best of the best in our boxes. We use all different brands but our favorites are Haribo, Sour Pour® and The Candy People.

We source our candy from different companies, but compiled a list of the ingredients that could be in your candy box, you can click here to view it.  If you are looking for a box made without certain ingredients, send us an email and we will work with you best we can to make your box come to life.  

We do not recommend consuming any BobbyPop candy if you have food allergies. We can’t guarantee that our candy manufactures are allergen free.
