What size are the BobbyPop boxes?
Currently, we offer two different sized BobbyPop boxes.  Our Tall box is 3.75in x 9in and our Long Box is 3.5in x 12in. Looking for a specific size? Email us at sweets@shopbobbypop.com and we can see if we can make your dream size a reality. 
Can I reuse my box?

Yes! Our custom acrylic boxes are made to be used again! Just clean them with warm, soapy water and use them to showcase or store some of your favorite products! The lid makes them ideal for storage and stacking multiple boxes on top of one another.

What is BobbyPop's shipping policy? 

Priority 2-3 day shipping for a $10 flat rate is standard on all orders shipped to the continental U.S. for a BobbyPop box! However, since each box is made to order, processing takes a few days. We ship our boxes out as soon as we can, and you will be notified as soon as your BobbyPop box is in the mail.  If you want to expedite your box reach out to us at  sweets@shopbobbypop.com and we can figure out the best way to get you your box ASAP. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is $15; we do not ship elsewhere as of now.

Help! My BobbyPop box showed up and the box/candy is broken!
For food safety & health reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible product for a refund, unless it was damaged in transit. If damages occurred, please email us at sweets@shopbobbypop.com.
What is BobbyPop's return policy? 
Because our product is perishable, we do not offer any returns nor refunds.
I want to gift a BobbyPop box but am not sure what the message should be. Can you help?

I want to send someone a BobbyPop box but I am not sure what they like. Do you have gift certificates? 
Contact us and we will create a special email with a link for your loved one to retrieve their gift. 
How long does the BobbyPop box last for? 
We recommend enjoying your BobbyPop candy right away for optimum freshness. Boxes and candy should not be frozen or refrigerated. We seal every box before it gets shipped out so it is fresh as can be when your box arrives to your door. Your beautiful lucite box is reusable and can be enjoyed long after your candy is finished. 
Help! I put in the wrong shipping address! 
Contact us as soon as you can. If the box has not shipped out, we will help you correct the address. Once the box is shipped we can not change the shipping address.
What kind of candy do you use in your boxes?
We pride ourselves on being candy connoisseurs and even candy snobs at times. We only use the best of the best in our boxes. We use all different brands but our favorites are Haribo, Sour Pour® and The Candy People.
What ingredients are in your candy?
We source our candy from different companies, but compiled a list of the ingredients that could be in your candy box, you can click here to view it.  If you are looking for a box made without certain ingredients, send us an email and we will work with you best we can to make your box come to life.  
What about food allergies? 
We do not recommend consuming any BobbyPop candy if you have food allergies. We can’t guarantee that our candy manufactures are allergen free.

Does BobbyPop do custom candy? 
Yes! We can customize any box to your liking with minimum order quantity purchases. Letter space is limited. For custom questions, email  sweets@shopbobbypop.com
